Our trademark has been to provide high quality professional engineering and construction services throughout customization for each of our clients.

R&C is a small business comprised of a variety of disciplines: civil engineering, structural engineering, water and waste Water, construction services, and general contracting. The firm’s technical personnel have been devoted to channel their knowledge, experience and expertise into each project for private and public clients throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and beyond. The firm is lead by our CEO, Raed Ghaly.
