Provide on-going construction services to our partners, CAMCE, as part of the on-going upgrades and improvements to the existing facilities and water and wastewater distribution systems. In addition, provide constructability reviews to all structural designs and services to include but not limited to: reinforced concrete block/brick cavity walls, structural frame including steel joists/metal deck, elevator shaft and 2 stair towers; modifications to existing cavity wall/concrete foundations; new upper level of approx. 9500 SF of new office and administration building; new 1300SF vehicle storage; rehabilitating the existing 12,530 SF basement level; and assisting in construction services during construction phase. This includes but not limited to: generating detailed construction specifications, design plans, structural analysis, and site civil. Provide constructability reviews to all engineering services
77 W 33rd Street, Bayonne, NJ – Duplex Conversion Design-Build.
Responsible for converting a single family home to a duplex residential property. This includes but not limited to: provide a conceptual design to our client, 50% and 100% permitting documents to include full site plans and specifications. Work with local municipality to obtain permitting approval to begin construction. Construction activities included but not limited to: Demolition of existing structure(s), build new foundation, frame the new residential property, install doors/doors/siding/roofing, HVAC, rough-in electrical/pluming, exterior finishes, and site work

Responsible for assisting our client/investor to obtain a buildable residential lot. Work with our client’s lender to ensure securing proper project funds. Generate concept design for our client’s visual. Provide a 50% and 100% design documents to include full site plans, and specifications. Work with local municipality to obtain permitting approval.
